Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and seven other departments issued the "Guiding Opinions on Accelerating the Green Development of Manufacturing Industry" (hereinafter referred to as the "Opinions"), which comprehensively deployed the promotion of green development of manufacturing industry and the promotion of new industrialization. The Opinion proposes to accelerate the green development of the manufacturing industry, optimize the green and low-carbon benchmark cultivation system, and by 2030, the output value of green factories at all levels will account for more than 40% of the total output value of the manufacturing industry. The manufacturing industry plays a fundamental role in developing the real economy and meeting the people's aspirations and pursuits for a better life. Developing new productive forces inevitably requires further promoting the green development of manufacturing, accelerating the green and low-carbon transformation of manufacturing, expanding and strengthening green and low-carbon industries, and providing strong support for promoting new industrialization. Developing green energy provides a basic guarantee for promoting the green development of manufacturing industry. Energy is the foundation of manufacturing development. Developing green and clean energy, actively cultivating new forms and models of energy, can effectively promote the green and low-carbon transformation of manufacturing. Recently, China Petroleum's first large-scale renewable energy hydrogen production project was put into operation in Yumen Oilfield, producing hydrogen with a purity of 99.99%. The hydrogen is transported to China Petroleum Yumen Oilfield Refining and Chemical Plant and other enterprises through hydrogen pipelines, tubular tank trucks, etc., achieving the full process from production to utilization. This is an important step in promoting the development of the hydrogen energy industry and exploring the integration of wind and solar power and green hydrogen industry, playing an important role in promoting the green transformation of the modern industrial system. Realizing green and low-carbon development in the manufacturing industry objectively requires improving energy efficiency and comprehensively enhancing the level of green energy supply. Therefore, it is necessary to promote the green transformation of traditional energy, actively develop new energy, plan and layout a new pattern of future energy development, and deeply tap the potential for energy and resource conservation. Entering a new era, China is accelerating the construction of a new energy system, effectively improving the level of clean energy consumption, and promoting the green and low-carbon transformation of the energy structure. According to statistics, since 2012, China has achieved an annual economic growth rate of over 6% with an average annual energy consumption growth rate of 3%. Further promoting the green and low-carbon transformation of energy will undoubtedly effectively enhance the level of green development in the manufacturing industry. Innovate green technology to provide sustained momentum for promoting the green development of manufacturing industry. Technological innovation is the core element for developing new productive forces and a powerful support for achieving green and low-carbon transformation in the manufacturing industry. The transformation and upgrading of green and low-carbon technologies in the manufacturing industry is a key link in achieving the green development of the manufacturing industry. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to focus on green and low-carbon transformation, promote key basic materials, basic components, and disruptive technology research and development, and empower the manufacturing industry with digital technology for green transformation. In the 400000 ton high-purity cathode copper cleaner production project of Zhongse Daye Hongsheng Copper, through the application of industrial Internet technology, the desulfurization efficiency of waste gas has reached 99.9%, and the reuse rate of industrial water has exceeded 98%, becoming another successful case of scientific and technological innovation enabling manufacturing industry to reduce carbon and increase green.
