Recently, the Supreme People's Procuratorate and the All China Women's Federation jointly released typical cases of judicial assistance carried out by procuratorial organs and women's federations in collaboration, including the national judicial assistance case of Tian in Hebei, the national judicial assistance case of Xiong Mouying and Shen Moujiao in Shanghai, the national judicial assistance case of Wang Moushan in Jiangsu, the national judicial assistance case of Li and three others in Shandong, the national judicial assistance case of Li and three others in Hunan, and the national judicial assistance case of Huang Moujie and five others in Guangxi. In February 2023, the Supreme People's Procuratorate, in conjunction with the All China Women's Federation, decided to continue to deepen the "Pay attention to disadvantaged women and strengthen special judicial assistance" campaign, focusing on the goal of "providing timely assistance and assistance to all disadvantaged women who meet the conditions for assistance", enriching assistance methods and increasing assistance efforts. Since the launch of the event, procuratorial organs at all levels and women's federations have closely cooperated to promote the special activity of assisting women in difficulties and achieved positive results. In the "Focus on Women in Difficulties and Strengthen Special Judicial Assistance" campaign, the procuratorial organs and women's federations have strengthened cooperation, fully leveraging their respective functional advantages, and better safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of women in difficulties. The Supreme People's Procuratorate and the All China Women's Federation jointly selected typical cases such as the national judicial assistance case in Tianmou, Hebei, covering various situations such as actively providing comprehensive assistance and assistance to "5+2" disadvantaged women who have entered the procuratorial process and meet the assistance conditions, and providing "support prosecution+judicial assistance+diversified assistance" to disadvantaged disabled women and their underage children who have suffered from domestic violence.
