From October 9th to 10th, 2023, the Chinese and Indian armies held the 20th round of military commander level talks on the Indian side of the Mordo/Chushule meeting point. Both sides have engaged in active, in-depth, and constructive communication to resolve the remaining issues on the western section of the Sino Indian border in an acceptable manner as soon as possible. Under the joint guidance of the leaders of both countries, the two sides exchanged views candidly, openly, and prospectively, agreeing to maintain the momentum of communication and dialogue through military and diplomatic channels, and to resolve the remaining issues as soon as possible.
