More attention should be paid to ordinary rural areas that are difficult to become "internet celebrities"

Since the beginning of this year, "village supermarkets," "village BA," and "village cafes" have successively become popular, constantly stimulating people's imagination for rural revitalization. Many people optimistically believe that this seems to indicate that in the social evaluation system, urban and rural areas are quietly reversing. The rural culture and rural life, which were once considered "backward" and "local", can at least be on par with the urban culture representing "trendy" and "advanced", and "each has its own beauty, beauty and coexistence". Furthermore, these places provide inspiration for the development of rural tourism and the promotion of rural revitalization in other regions. People believe that each village can explore its own characteristics, create exclusive agricultural, cultural and tourism integration "IPs", and create more "village X", which can not only meet the growing leisure tourism needs of people, but also promote the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas. Objectively speaking, there is indeed a 'wind' in rural leisure tourism nowadays. On the one hand, China is undergoing a quiet lifestyle change, with heavy workload and life pressure, making people more willing to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city and go to the countryside for a moment of tranquility. Through close interaction with local nature, they can enjoy physical and mental rest. On the other hand, after the magnificent and rapid urbanization, hundreds of millions of "new citizens" and "urban generation" who have jumped out of the "rural gate" also have a strong sense of homesickness to place. It is precisely because of this "wind" that in recent years, not only capital forces of all sizes in the city have been actively moving to the countryside, but local governments have also spared no effort to develop rural tourism. The Guiding Opinions of the State Council on Promoting Rural Industrial Revitalization point out that industrial prosperity is the foundation of rural revitalization and the prerequisite for solving all rural problems. In this guiding document, rural leisure tourism is clearly identified as one of the six key industries for development. The "Village Super" and "Village BA" were born in the multi-ethnic mixed area of southeastern Guizhou, with a deep ethnic tradition and mass foundation, and have already formed a certain regional scale and brand effect. The rural areas of Zhejiang, where "village experts" are concentrated, are located in the Yangtze River Delta region of China, where the economy is developed and the middle class consumer group is concentrated. Buildings near the water are the first to seize the market opportunity, and local governments have been investing for many years to improve infrastructure. This has given even the relatively remote mountainous areas of western Zhejiang the confidence to become the "backyard" of Hangzhou, Shanghai, and other cities. The development of rural tourism in these regions has achieved certain success mainly due to the effective combination of their own advantages with market laws. However, at the same time, the author and her research team found through nationwide research that some places lack objective evaluation of their own advantages and scientific understanding of market rules when developing rural tourism. Under the premise of immature local conditions and regional markets, they blindly create unique features and create landscapes. Although they have good motivation and willingness, the results are not satisfactory. We have always emphasized that "agriculture, rural areas, and farmers" are the stabilizers and reservoirs of China's modernization. The primary function of agriculture is to ensure food security and ensure that Chinese people's rice bowls are mainly filled with Chinese grain. Various popular rural tourism "IPs" were not born in the main grain producing areas and the main gathering areas of farmers. Although their success is gratifying, their reference significance for most rural areas is likely to be limited. These experiences mainly apply to
