From August 5th to 6th, the "Forum on Frontier Issues of Enterprise Legal Risk Prevention and Criminal Justice" hosted by the Beijing Enterprise Legal Risk Prevention and Control Research Association was held online. The forum also delved into cutting-edge issues in the field of criminal justice. The forum was hosted by Peng Xinlin, the person in charge of the Beijing Enterprise Legal Risk Prevention and Control Research Association. The attending experts focused on discussions on issues such as "legal prevention and control of new types of cybercrime risks in enterprises", "construction of compliance mechanisms against commercial bribery in enterprises", "doctrinal analysis of the doctrine of innocence in receiving incorrect remittances from others", and "ethical dilemmas and development paths of artificial intelligence in criminal justice under the environment of financial media".
