Recently, the Beijing Higher People's Court held a press conference to report on the progress and typical cases of Beijing courts in promoting the integration of juvenile trials. It is reported that Beijing courts are the first in the country to explore and practice the concept of "integrated development of juvenile trials", horizontally promoting the integration and development of juvenile criminal, civil, and administrative trial functions, vertically exploring and connecting various work links such as case filing, trial, and execution, and integrating the most beneficial principles for minors throughout the entire process of pre litigation, during litigation, and post litigation, building a new pattern of juvenile trial work that "intersects vertically and horizontally" and "integrates internally and externally". The Beijing court has done a lot of work in promoting the integration of trial forces, trial functions, trial mechanisms, "trial enforcement" linkage, judicial extension, and social governance in response to the laws and characteristics of juvenile trial work. Since 2021, the Beijing High Court has uniformly awarded the juvenile court brand to 17 grassroots courts in the city, and guided the city's courts to establish a juvenile trial team with business types covering criminal, civil, and administrative trials. The work field has gradually explored and extended to the "two ends" of case filing and execution; Integrate criminal, civil, and administrative cases involving minors in the city into juvenile courts for trial, and achieve the "three trials in one" of juvenile trials; Introduce the mature experience of juvenile criminal characteristic mechanisms into civil and administrative trials of minors, and the Beijing High Court has formulated and issued the "Guidelines for Conducting Civil and Social Investigation and Social Protection Work Involving Minors in Juvenile Courts in the City (Trial)" to comprehensively regulate it; To fully protect the legitimate rights and interests of minors, seven courts, including Xicheng, Chaoyang, Shunyi, Pinggu, and Yanqing, have established green channels for filing, trial, and enforcement; By relying on the pre litigation platform, we have established a one-stop solution mechanism for "student campus injury disputes", a long-term mechanism for family dispute mediation, and a "legal integration youth" judge studio to resolve conflicts and disputes from the source. 36 judicial suggestions were sent to address issues such as management loopholes in educational institutions and rewards for underage recharge.
