Especially the "Henan Province Elderly Care Service Regulations" implemented on October 1, 2022, provide legal guarantees for promoting the high-quality development of elderly care services. To consolidate the foundation for the growth of elderly care service talents, Jiangsu focuses on key factors such as guaranteed benefits, professional honors, and social identity, improves policy measures, and creates a good environment for the growth of elderly care service talents. Issue the Implementation Opinions on Strengthening the Construction of Elderly Care Service Talent Team, and improve the systematic and institutionalized arrangement of talent incentives. Elderly care workers who have passed the occupational skill level certification will be given a one-time job subsidy ranging from 500 yuan to 5000 yuan. In recent years, Jiangxi has continuously improved regulations and policies to provide talent support for the high-quality development of elderly care services in the province. The Regulations on Elderly Care Services in Jiangxi Province, which came into effect on January 1, 2022, provide special provisions for the construction of elderly care service talent teams.
