Discipline inspection and supervision organs at all levels and dispatched discipline inspection and supervision working committees shall conduct simultaneous evaluation and timely report feedback in combination with the review work such as application for approval and filing of cases; Comprehensive evaluation should be carried out regularly. Discipline inspection and supervision organs at all levels should achieve full coverage of evaluation and inspection for post offices, dispatched offices, and the next level discipline inspection and supervision organs every 5 years; It is necessary to carry out targeted special evaluations, evaluate key areas, specific cases, or prominent issues that affect the quality of cases over a period of time, thoroughly identify problems, analyze causes, propose countermeasures, and urge rectification. The opinion points out that it is necessary to improve the working methods of case quality evaluation. Adhere to the basic standards of clear facts, conclusive evidence, accurate characterization, proper handling, complete procedures, procedural compliance, standardized management, and adequate implementation; Establish an evaluation team and adopt a scoring system to review and quantify the quality of cases through file review, on-site interviews, and other methods. After collective discussion, they are evaluated as excellent cases, qualified cases, defective cases, and unqualified cases. Give full play to the role of evaluation and guidance, and provide additional points for the evaluated unit to actively perform its duties, effectively solve case quality issues, and propose disciplinary inspection and supervision suggestions; If the evaluated unit fails to make rectification after evaluation and feedback, and similar quality problems occur again, the score will be deducted from the heavier case.
