In the old revolutionary base of Gannan, where we are rooted, the high-quality supply of science and technology from the source has injected strong momentum into the construction of a modern economic system. The 3000-ton production line of the new technology of green short-process renewable permanent magnetic material has been successfully trial-produced, the 10000-ton production line of ferrite permanent magnetic material has been completed and successfully started at one time, and the 3000-ton production line of high-performance exhaust catalyst for diesel vehicles meeting the sixth national standard has been successfully started. These heavy scientific research achievements have helped Ganzhou rare earth new material and application cluster to be selected into the national advanced manufacturing industry cluster. Adhering to the front line of scientific research and taking root in the old revolutionary base, we not only make breakthroughs in key core technologies a top priority, but also consciously shoulder the important task of helping the high-quality development of the old revolutionary base. On the one hand, we should focus on the main business, grasp the strategic planning and system layout, and form a strong joint force for tackling key core technologies. Guided by the national strategic needs and taking the key technologies with first-mover advantages and the basic cutting-edge technologies leading the future development as the breakthrough, we should change the situation of the key fields being controlled by others as soon as possible. On the other hand, based on local development needs, we should strive to break through the "neck" technology that restricts industrial development, and help the high-quality development of high-performance tungsten materials, permanent magnet motors, permanent magnet transmission, catalytic materials, hard alloy materials, cobalt salt precursors, hydrogen storage materials and other industries, so as to create a powerful technology engine to promote the high-quality development of industries in the old revolutionary base.
