The 7th China Network Copyright Protection and Development Conference was held in Chengdu, Sichuan on the 27th. The conference released the Ten Major Cases of "Jiannet 2022" Special Action, and released a number of major cases of network infringement and piracy investigated and dealt with in the "Jiannet 2022" Special Action. The Ten Cases of "Jianwang 2022" Special Action was jointly released by the National Copyright Administration, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Public Security and the National Internet Information Office, including the case of the operation of pirated online literature APP by Mr. Tan in Tianjin, the case of the production and sale of pirated "script killing" by Mr. Hao in Shanxi, the case of online sales infringement of teaching aids by Mr. Zhong and others in Heilongjiang, and the case of the joint investigation and handling of the infringement of vehicle-mounted USB flash disk in Shanghai and Jiangsu There are ten major cases, namely, the case of online transmission of cinema films by Deng Moumou in Anhui, the case of WeChat widget infringement by Liu Mou in Fujian, the case of online transmission of e-books by Huang Mou in Zhejiang, the case of online transmission of short videos by a cultural media company in Henan, the case of stolen recording and transmission of cinema films in the Spring Festival by Tong Mou in Chongqing, and the case of online transmission piracy by Zhu Mou in Ningxia. Some of these cases involve huge amounts of money, amounting to hundreds of millions of yuan; Some are trans-regional and difficult to enforce the law; Some involve "script killing" and other new online formats; Some people involved in the case use "crawler" software, "wall climbing" software and other means and use overseas virtual currency for settlement, and the crime means are hidden. In the process of case investigation and handling, the relevant law enforcement departments have adopted various technical means, and the multi-regional and multi-sector connection is close, reflecting the attitude and ability of the publishing rights law enforcement departments to constantly adapt to the new situation of copyright protection and explore new technology copyright protection. At the meeting, the China Copyright Protection Center and the Credit Reference Center of the People's Bank of China signed a contract on the financial innovation of copyright pledge registration. At the same time, the inter-ministerial joint conference office for promoting the use of copyrighted software released the "Chronicle of Innovation and Development of Legalized Software in the New Era". The memorabilia shows that China's software business revenue will reach 9.5 trillion yuan in 2021; From 2012 to 2022, the total number of computer software copyright registrations in China exceeded 10 million, and the number of software copyright registrations increased by 12 times in 10 years. The conference was hosted by the National Copyright Administration and the People's Government of Sichuan Province, hosted by the Copyright Administration of Sichuan Province and the People's Government of Chengdu, and co-organized by the China Copyright Protection Center and the China Copyright Association.
