Russian media: Russia strengthens military personnel training in many universities

According to the Tass News Agency, Moscow, on December 27, Russian Prime Minister Mishuskin signed a decree establishing new military teaching centers in 16 regional state universities. Relevant documents have been published on the Russian legal information website. According to the report, the higher education institutions where the military teaching center is located include Astrakhan National University, Far East National University, Qiuming National University, Chechnya National University, Volga National University of Technology and many other universities. According to the report, before 2019, some Russian universities have military teaching and research sections and teaching centers at the same time, and there are multiple training mechanisms. At the beginning of 2019, they were integrated into a unified military teaching center to train reserve and professional officers, private soldiers and reserve sergeants.
