I am very happy to participate in this exercise as a Pakistani director. In recent years, China has made remarkable achievements in naval construction, and has become a real "blue water navy" and an important force on the World Naval stage. In 2004, I studied at the Dalian Naval Academy of the Chinese people's Liberation Army. Until now, I still remember that good time, teachers and friends there. I have regarded Dalian as my second hometown. In the college, the teachers are very respectable. They are professional and teach us everything. I always feel grateful when I think about it. As an old friend of the Chinese Navy, I have visited China many times and received visiting Chinese navy officers and soldiers in Pakistan. It can be said that I have witnessed with my own eyes an extraordinary journey of the Chinese Navy from weak to strong and made brilliant achievements. Over the years, the Chinese navy has made breakthroughs in the construction of many major weapons and equipment, and many aircraft carriers have been listed. What I particularly admire is the firm determination of the Chinese army to defend its territory and national interests. Today, the Chinese navy is increasingly going global, often appearing in various international joint performance leagues. In a "peace" series of multinational maritime joint exercises held in Karachi, Pakistan, I was deeply impressed by the performance of the Chinese navy. At that time, in the main gun shooting subject, although the wind and waves were very strong, the Chinese navy ship hit the target accurately for the first time. This makes me feel that the quality of Chinese navy officers and soldiers is very excellent. What also impressed me was the full spirit of Chinese navy officers and men who were ready to stand by and fight at any time. Whether in the "peace-21" multinational naval joint exercise, or in the Pakistan China "sea guard-2" maritime joint exercise, Chinese navy officers and soldiers are always in high spirits, which is very worthy of our study. In recent years, the officers and soldiers of the Chinese Navy escort formation have visited Karachi many times after completing the escort mission in the Gulf of Aden. I have had exchanges with them. Our navy has also carried out the escort mission in the Gulf of Aden, so I am very clear that to complete the long voyage from China to the Gulf of Aden, we need strong strength as support. For more than 10 years, the Chinese navy has adhered to the task of escorting the Gulf of Aden and made important contributions to maintaining world maritime peace and stability. Pakistan and the Chinese navy have always maintained very close ties, and the friendship between us is warm and sincere. "Ocean guard" is a joint performance brand created by both sides based on the consideration of building a community with a shared future for the sea, which reflects the deepening cooperative relationship between the navies of our two countries. Through this joint exercise, the navies of Pakistan and China have gained in joint battle command, professional and technical exchanges and other aspects.
