The first stop of the excavation of overseas Chinese cultural resources to support the construction of the "Million and Ten Thousand Project" is the Latin Mao Square, which has exotic characteristics. This is a foreign cultural and sports activity venue created by Pan Wenliang, a Chinese who has lived in Panama for more than 40 years, in collaboration with overseas Chinese groups in Panama. It is named after the characteristics of Latin America and aims to establish a cultural, trade, and tourism exchange center between China and Latin America. At present, the "Home of Overseas Chinese", the Latin American Business Museum, and the Panama Overseas Chinese Culture Exhibition Hall in Huadu District are all located in the Latin Mao Square. The "Huashan · Time Town" project in Luochang Village, Diaolou, Huashan Town, relies on the cultural characteristics of overseas Chinese architecture. Through moderate cultural and creative development of overseas Chinese Diaolou and old houses, and equipped with cultural hotels, exhibition halls and other infrastructure, a cultural town covering an area of over 400 acres has been constructed.
