Embrace big models comprehensively, explore new data-driven mechanisms, and accelerate the layout of Beijing's information software industry on a new track. The Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology recently released the Action Plan for Accelerating the Construction of an Innovation and Development Highland for the Information Software Industry in Beijing, which proposes 6 major categories and 15 sub categories of key tasks. The plan is to promote the revenue of the information software industry in Beijing to reach 4.8 trillion yuan by 2027 and create an internationally competitive information software industry cluster. At present, new driving forces such as the big model of artificial intelligence and new production factors of data are changing the production mode and development mode of the information software industry. New Internet formats such as digital people are developing rapidly. New hardware such as embodied intelligence, XR equipment and intelligent computers are constantly putting forward new requirements for software. Beijing's information software industry is in a critical transformation period of technology iteration and upgrading, and industrial structure adjustment and optimization. According to the action plan, Beijing will explore cutting-edge technologies in artificial general intelligence, support large-scale model tool software such as content generation, retrieval enhancement generation, AI content security labeling, deep learning frameworks, vector databases, etc., and build a large-scale model native software application store and a large-scale model security target field. With the goal of building a single intelligent computing power center, we will organize research and development on key cloud computing technologies such as computing power chips, high-performance communication, scheduling systems, and container arrangement. Support the construction of artificial intelligence scenario application laboratories in fields such as education, healthcare, culture, and industry, and create demonstration scenario landing projects. Beijing will seize the opportunity to cultivate new business models, targeting new terminals such as embodied intelligence, XR devices, intelligent computers, in vehicle terminals, and IoT devices, guiding software and hardware collaborative innovation, and laying out key software such as space computing in advance. You Jing, director of the Information and Software Service Industry Division of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, said that Beijing will also support domestic software to go global, layout cross-border e-commerce, short plays, videos, games and other Internet applications in Europe, America and Southeast Asia, export overall solutions to Eurasia, actively participate in global open source governance, and cultivate open source software commercialization enterprises. It is reported that in the first quarter of this year, multiple indicators of Beijing's information software industry were operating at a high level, achieving an added value of 237.92 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 13.7%, accounting for more than 20% of the city's total economic output and contributing nearly 50% to the city's GDP growth.
