The central government attaches great importance to consolidating and enhancing Hong Kong's position as an international financial center, and hopes to further leverage Hong Kong's platform advantages as an offshore RMB hub and wealth management center, and promote more domestic and foreign enterprises to come to Hong Kong for listing, issuing bonds, and financing. Lou Jiaqiang stated that Hong Kong youth should shoulder responsibility, unite and contribute to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Let's work together to tell the story of China, tell the story of Hong Kong's successful implementation of "One Country, Two Systems", and tell the story of Hong Kong's youth's responsibility to the country and nation. Lin Zhiying stated that Hong Kong has the strength and ability to develop "new quality productivity". Hong Kong has 5 undergraduate institutions listed in the world's top 100, with many scientific research achievements. In terms of the transformation of scientific research achievements, Hong Kong must cooperate with mainland cities in the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area to allow cutting-edge scientific research achievements to be more fully utilized. Huo Qigang believes that the "14th Five Year Plan" has given Hong Kong the positioning of "eight major centers", and the most opportunities for young people in Hong Kong to participate in the construction of Sino foreign cultural and artistic exchange centers. Sports events will bring different job opportunities, such as event planning, sports medicine, and even youth sports classes, where young people can have more opportunities to showcase their strengths.
