Recently, the press conference on building an artificial intelligence large model application demonstration zone in Pazhou was held in Haizhu, Guangzhou. At the meeting, it was announced that Guangzhou supports the construction of Haizhu District as the first domestic demonstration area for the application of artificial intelligence large models. The city has invested over 1 billion yuan in the past three years, providing support from three dimensions: the hardware foundation layer of the large model, the AI application layer, and the talent side of the digital economy. At the same time, the Pazhou Artificial Intelligence Big Model Compliance Guidance Service Center was unveiled, promoting the "Three Year Action Plan for Accelerating the Formation of New Quality Productivity in Haizhu District", focusing on the release of four big model projects: Haizhu Government Cloud Brain Big Model, Vipshop "Chaoche" Big Model, InsightGPT Cultural and Life Video Big Model of Insai Group, and Miyuan Social E-commerce Intelligent Shopping AI Big Model Application. In March of this year, the Implementation Plan for Guangzhou to Support the Construction of Artificial Intelligence Large Model Application Demonstration Zone in Haizhu District (referred to as the "Implementation Plan") was officially issued and implemented. This is the first plan in China to focus on the development of the industry's large model industry. The Implementation Plan proposes to fully promote the construction of Haizhu District as a leading demonstration zone for the application of artificial intelligence large models in China. By 2026, efforts will be made to promote the deep application of artificial intelligence large models in more than 8 industries, promote no less than 30 typical application scenarios, select 50 benchmark enterprises, and store over 5000 algorithms, and drive the main business revenue of the demonstration zone to exceed 500 billion yuan, becoming a leading application demonstration highland, policy highland, and talent highland in the country. Haizhu District aims at the AI+new industrialization, gaming, fashion, marketing, transportation, healthcare, government affairs, finance and other industry model tracks, and through expanding authoritative rankings to target investment, institutional venture capital linkage investment, application scenario cooperation investment and other paths, accelerates the promotion of a group of enterprises that master advanced technology and mature products to take the lead in carrying out industry model applications. As of now, 21 large-scale model application projects have been implemented in the area. This year, we aim to guide more than 10 companies to complete the filing of large models, 20 companies to complete the filing of algorithms, and more than 50 industry application projects to form a cluster development trend.
