The Zhangshan High Speed Railway Raoping South Station Extra Large Bridge, with a total length of about 9537.07 meters, is under construction this time. It is located in Huanggang Town, Raoping County, Chaozhou City, Guangdong Province and is the first bridge on the entire line to start construction. Since the start of the Zhangshan high-speed railway on February 4th, Guangzhou Railway Group and Xiamen Shenzhen Railway Guangdong Co., Ltd. have organized construction units such as China Railway 12th Bureau to scientifically plan and not stop work during the Spring Festival period, in order to promote the construction conditions of the Raoping South Station super large bridge pile foundation in the shortest possible time, laying the foundation for the smooth drilling and construction of the first bridge pile foundation on the entire line. Ma Yahui, Executive Deputy Manager of the Zhangshan High speed Railway Project Department of China Railway 12th Bureau, told reporters that Raoping South Station adopts two 6-line elevated stations, with 9 continuous beams and 80 simply supported beams cast in situ. The construction organization is difficult, the safety risk is high, and the environmental requirements are strict. The construction unit optimizes the construction plan, strengthens fixture configuration, and uses information technology control and other means to ensure construction safety and quality. It is reported that the Zhangshan High Speed Railway is an important component of China's "Eight Verticals and Eight Horizontals" high-speed railway network along the coast. It is a high-speed railway that mainly undertakes medium to long distance high-speed passenger flow and also takes into account intercity passenger flow of major stations along the line. The total length of the line is 176 kilometers, with a designed speed of 350 kilometers per hour and an estimated construction period of 4.5 years. "After the completion and opening of the Zhangshan High Speed Railway, it will end the history of no railway connection in Dongshan County, Zhangzhou, and become the main channel for communication between the Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta, Southwest China, and Southeast coastal areas.
