It is completely feasible, achievable, and popular. In the Hong Kong delegation, Ding Xuexiang pointed out that the legislation of Article 23 of the Basic Law of Hong Kong is the constitutional responsibility of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. This work should be completed as soon as possible, firmly safeguarding national sovereignty, security, and development interests, and ensuring the long-term stability of Hong Kong. Support Hong Kong to maintain its unique position and advantages in the long term, vigorously expand international exchanges and cooperation, better integrate into the overall development of the country, and promote Hong Kong's long-term prosperity and stability. In the Macau delegation, Ding Xuexiang pointed out that this year marks the 25th anniversary of Macau's return to the motherland, and we should use this as an opportunity to promote new progress in the practice of "one country, two systems" with Macau characteristics. Establish a sound system and mechanism for safeguarding national security in Macau, accelerate the construction of the Hengqin Guangdong Macao Deep Cooperation Zone, and promote moderate and diversified economic development in Macau. Ding Xuexiang fully recognizes the work of the National People's Congress deputies in Hong Kong and Macau, and hopes that everyone will conscientiously fulfill their duties, fully support the Chief Executive and the SAR government in governing in accordance with the law, unite patriotic, Hong Kong and Macao loving forces, and make new contributions to the stable and far-reaching implementation of the "One Country, Two Systems" policy.
