In recent years, Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province has actively promoted the integration of ideological and political courses in primary, secondary, and tertiary schools, exploring ways to integrate ideological and political courses that conform to the laws of student growth, education and teaching, and the construction of ideological and political courses. Fifteen integrated construction alliances for ideological and political courses in primary, secondary, and tertiary schools were established, covering nearly 10 universities in Nanjing, including Nanjing University, Nanjing Normal University, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, and Nanjing University of Technology, as well as more than 100 primary and secondary schools (kindergartens). Each alliance anchors the direction of ideological and political education, establishes an integrated education and teaching mechanism, joint training mechanism, resource sharing mechanism, collaborative education mechanism, and evaluation feedback mechanism, creates a platform for ideological and political "co education", and constructs a community for the construction of ideological and political courses in primary, secondary, and tertiary schools. Alliance schools learn from each other's strengths and make progress together. Taking multiple measures to build a high-quality team of ideological and political education teachers, teachers are the key to making ideological and political education come to life. In August 2023, ideological and political teachers from Nanjing gathered at Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics to learn how to teach ideological and political courses well. The thematic theoretical demonstration training class provides a platform for communication and learning, which helps ideological and political teachers to grow and progress rapidly. "I will implement the gains of this training into the practice of guiding frontline teachers to improve ideological and political course teaching, innovate ideological and political course education teaching methods, and enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political course teaching, so that the water of ideological and political education can truly flow into the hearts of students." said Wang Xiaoye, a political and political education researcher and senior teacher at Nanjing Teaching Research Office.
