As the first of the "Four Major Projects", the "Five Chain" Extension and Enhancement Project adheres to the "two wheel drive" of traditional and emerging industries, starting from the "five chains" to supplement and strengthen the chain, promoting the formation of new productive forces - relying on the "Maoming Petrochemical" to upgrade the chain, relying on the "zero carbon industrial park" to build the chain, relying on the "Xinwangda Dianbai Base" to extend the chain, relying on the "Madianhe New Energy Storage Industrial Park" to expand the chain, and relying on the "South China Titanium Valley" to strengthen the chain. It is reported that in the current global context of accelerating green and low-carbon transformation, Guangdong Province has established a special team to continuously promote the high-quality development of the new energy storage industry. The goal of Maoming's deployment of the construction of a new energy storage industrial park is very clear: to find ways to seize the trillion yuan global energy storage market. Among them, only at the junction of Lingmen Town and Diancheng Town, the Madianhe Energy Storage Industrial Park has signed letters of intent with 20 enterprises, including 17 rural enterprises. The Zhuhai Minghong and Huizhou Tuopu New Materials Industrial Park projects with a total investment of 5 billion yuan have reached preliminary agreements. According to rough statistics, Maoming has currently transferred some of its production capacity and returned to nearly 200 electronic battery enterprises registered in the industrial and commercial system, attracting more than 2000 jobs and generating an annual output value of over 200 million yuan.
