The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government announced on January 30th that public consultation will be conducted on the legislation of Article 23 of the Basic Law of Hong Kong. Since the start of the consultation period, the SAR government has held over 10 consultation and exchange meetings to explain legislative work to people from different sectors.
