Be more self reflection and be brave enough to correct your own shortcomings and shortcomings

More introspection, such as "not being able to examine oneself" and "not being prepared for others, not being able to examine oneself", comes from the Book of Documents. "A gentleman's examination of oneself is often like a past experience." Traditional Chinese culture has always emphasized the importance of self-cultivation and strict self-discipline. "I reflect on myself three times a day," "I cannot do what I do, but I seek others." "In ancient times, a gentleman's responsibility for oneself was also heavy on Zhou, and his treatment of others was light on agreement." These are all the principles that are said. There was an official named Zhao Gai in the Northern Song Dynasty who placed a bottle and black and white beans on his desk. Take a good thought and throw a white bean in the bottle; take a bad thought and throw a black bean in the bottle, in order to examine one's progress and mistakes in the day. Self inspection and self-examination are not only a kind of cultural consciousness, but also the internal requirements of the CPC to transform the subjective world and strengthen the cultivation of party spirit. Comrade Zhou Enlai, when writing the inaugural speech for "Unity," began by quoting "I reflect on myself three times a day", viewing it as "the best standard of personal cultivation," emphasizing that this "reflective effort" is very beneficial for both individuals and political parties. In 1942, the Liberation Daily published an editorial titled "Must Reflect on Yourself", which stated: "If we can have the determination to eliminate bad thoughts and habits, while also having patience to build new ideas and habits bit by bit, coupled with continuous efforts for a long period of time, then it is possible for everyone to be reborn and rejuvenated." Examining oneself is a process of self purification, self-improvement, self-improvement, and self-improvement. If we are afraid of pain, protect our shortcomings, and love face, it is impossible to dissect the "small" in the depths of our soul. Comrade Chen Yi once wrote a poem like this: "In the middle of the night, we taste introspection, but regret is difficult to write on our own. We should still muster courage, correct ourselves, and move forward. It is only through self discovery that we can find the depths of our souls." A philosophical story is well told: everyone carries two burdens on their journey of life, one with "the fault of others" written on it, and the other with "our own fault" written on it. Most people place the former on their chest and the latter on their back. So, as soon as you lower your head, you can see the faults of others, but you rarely see your own mistakes. For members of the CPC, "the original intention will not naturally preserve its quality and freshness" and "the Party spirit will not naturally improve with the growth of the Party's age and promotion of its position". Self reflection is not an occasional act of adaptation, nor can it be simplified as a matter of one or two days, but should become a constant and ubiquitous consciousness. If one day we slack off in self-examination, dust will come pouring down on our faces in large quantities. Comrade Peng Dehuai once deeply understood and said, "As Communists, we should be more intelligent than the ancients. Can we achieve one province per day, one province per week, and one province per half month or month? I reflect on myself every month. No matter how busy my work is, I always set aside half a day every month to carefully review what I have done, see which ones were right and which ones were wrong, in order to make fewer mistakes or not."
