Pyongyang News: China and North Korea held the 2024 "Pyongyang Happy Spring Festival" event in Pyongyang from January 30th to February 1st. The Liaoning Province Friendship Culture Delegation, invited to perform in North Korea, brought an exciting program that integrates ancient and modern famous songs from China and North Korea, showcasing Chinese cultural characteristics. As the finale of the series of activities, the "Walking New Year's Eve Dinner" Spring Festival reception was held on the evening of February 1st. Liaoning Song and Dance Troupe and Liaoning Ethnic Orchestra performed wonderful performances. Korean guests and Chinese chefs jointly produced the traditional northern Chinese food Bingtanghulu. At the beginning of the new year, the highest leaders of the two parties and countries exchanged congratulatory messages and announced the launch of the "North Korea China Friendship Year", demonstrating the determination and confidence to further consolidate and develop North Korea China friendship in the new year.
