Strengthen price supervision during key periods such as holidays, strengthen price charging supervision in the field of people's livelihood, and strengthen monitoring and analysis of online unfair competition behavior. In terms of strengthening the supervision of food and industrial product quality and safety, the notice proposes to deepen the construction of "bright kitchens and stoves", strengthen the food safety supervision of centralized dining units, strengthen the food safety risk control of key business formats and places, and continue to carry out rapid testing of edible agricultural products in agricultural markets. Implement the quality credit "code display" project and establish a comprehensive product quality credit archive database. Explore the establishment of a system for selecting quality and technical service representatives to high-quality enterprises, and promote the transformation of product quality from production oriented to consumption oriented. Guangdong will continue to promote the "Platform Compliance Illumination" action and the special action of network market supervision to promote development and ensure security, and continuously deepen the achievements of the "Optimizing Platform Agreement Rules" work. Guide platform enterprises to comply with the Guangdong Province Internet Platform Operator Compliance Guidelines (Anti Monopoly) and carry out competitive compliance management. Focusing on key commodities, areas, and industries such as clothing, food, housing, and transportation that are related to the health and safety of the people, Guangdong will further increase its law enforcement and case handling efforts. Adhere to the approach of "small incisions" to the "great livelihood", conscientiously organize and carry out the "iron fist" action of investigating and handling cases in the field of livelihood, effectively crack down on illegal and irregular behaviors in the field of market supervision, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of consumers, and continuously improve public satisfaction. Establish and improve the standard system for consumption areas such as Guangdong skilled workers, South Guangdong domestic service, Cantonese cuisine masters, and pre made dishes, further standardize the consumer market, and lead the upgrading of consumer structure. Promote the quality standards of traditional advantageous consumer goods in Guangdong to align with international standards, and promote the same line, standard, and quality of domestic and foreign trade products. Accelerate the establishment and improvement of a standard system for green smart home appliances and electronic products, and achieve interconnectivity among different types and brands. Collaborate with Hong Kong and Macao to develop, publish, and implement high-quality "Bay Area standards" and promote "Bay Area certification". In response to the new consumption model, encourage enterprises to participate in standard formulation and revision, and release a number of "leaders" in enterprise standards. Guangdong will also carry out activities to create reassuring consumption commitments.
