She felt like she had entered a vicious cycle. "If I don't sleep enough, I wake up late, which causes me to always have no time to cook breakfast on weekdays, so skipping breakfast is the norm. Occasionally, I buy some bread to fill my stomach on the way." Zhang Aining's workplace cafeteria has a strong taste in the food, which also makes her uncomfortable. "I really have many difficulties in my diet.". Frequently staying up late, enjoying snacks, ordering takeout, and not exercising... I don't exercise too much every day, and the food I eat has become fat in my body." said Zhu Qing, a post-90s worker in Beijing, seeing that she has gained weight in the past two years, her vision has declined slightly, and her cervical spine is not very comfortable. I am still single, and thinking about it makes me worry. A year has passed again, and I must seize the time to exercise.
