On December 11th, the inauguration ceremony of the 5th Council of the Guangdong Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference was successfully held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center. The fifth council was founded by Dai Defeng as the chief president, Huo Qishan as the chief president, and Zhang Guangjun, Wu Huajiang, Guo Jihui, and Huang Shaomei as the presidents.
