Intelligence, interconnectivity, and digitization have become future development trends. The Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area is one of the regions with the highest degree of openness and the strongest economic vitality in China. Building an "international science and technology innovation center with global influence" is an important strategic positioning for the construction of the Greater Bay Area. The promotion of the construction of the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area has created an important platform and provided valuable opportunities for the government, enterprises, universities, and different organizations to strengthen international exchanges and cooperation, and promote the development of scientific and technological innovation industries. Recently, a team of nearly 100 people consisting of leaders from Singapore's Information, Communication and Media Development Authority and high-tech enterprises from various Southeast Asian countries visited Hong Kong and Shenzhen for inspection and exchange. This inspection and exchange event is jointly organized by SPARK (Singapore) in collaboration with the International Youth Entrepreneurship Society, Hong Kong Science and Technology Park, Hong Kong Computer Society, Hong Kong Vocational Training Council, and CIO Connect. The aim is to explore topics such as artificial intelligence in Xinjiang, change management and digital leadership, and the impact of artificial intelligence on the future from a diverse perspective, and to promote exchanges and cooperation between China and Singapore in areas such as technology and economy and trade. Hong Kong: The effectiveness of international exchange and cooperation is highlighted, leading new drivers. With the accelerated development of globalization, the importance of international exchange and cooperation between governments and enterprises of different countries and regions is becoming increasingly prominent. This inspection is conducive to strengthening mutual trust and promoting cooperation among different economies in a wide range of fields. After arriving in Hong Kong, the inspection team participated in the luncheon roundtable discussion on artificial intelligence and sustainable development. Senior officials and representatives from government departments, institutions, and enterprises related to science and technology from different countries and regions such as Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, and Hong Kong attended the event. At the luncheon roundtable discussion on artificial intelligence and sustainable development, the Director of Information Technology of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government, Huang Zhiguang, and the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Singapore Information and Communications Media Development Authority, Kien Kumar, delivered speeches at the event, respectively introducing the development status and vision of the digital economy in Hong Kong and Singapore. The roundtable discussion also held special forums on three themes: risk management in artificial intelligence, open digital innovation models, and the impact of technological development on climate change. More than ten leaders from government agencies such as Standard Chartered Bank, Huawei, Ant Group, Google, and well-known domestic and foreign enterprises shared their views. In recent years, Hong Kong has made remarkable achievements in basic research, talent cultivation, and innovation industry development by leveraging its own advantages. The Hong Kong Science Park is the largest technology research and development and enterprise incubation base in Hong Kong, attracting numerous well-known domestic and foreign research institutions and universities to settle in and establish laboratories. After the roundtable discussion, the inspection team walked into the Hong Kong Science Park to exchange information on the overall operation of the park. Afterwards, the inspection team visited artificial intelligence software companies Shangtang Technology and intelligent manufacturing company Simu Technology that settled in the Science Park to understand the development of high-tech enterprises in Hong Kong and personally experience the support of the Hong Kong SAR government
