The global industrial structure and layout are undergoing trend adjustments and transformations. He summarized the global industrial structure layout and adjustment into five characteristics: first, the global economy has shifted from "super globalization" to "slow globalization"; Secondly, the global industrial structure is becoming increasingly service-oriented, but recently the proportion of manufacturing has remained stable and even shown an upward trend; Thirdly, the global industrial and technological structure is becoming increasingly advanced, and countries are actively laying out high-tech manufacturing industries; Fourthly, the global industrial chain is becoming increasingly regionalized and localized, forming three major regional centers in Asia, North America, and Europe; The fifth is that the global industrial chain layout tends towards digitization and intelligence, and the digital economy reshapes the global economic landscape. Ni Hongfu stated that in the face of the deep adjustment of the global industrial structure, we need to accelerate the promotion of new industrialization, fully leverage the advantages of China's socialist market economy system, the supply advantage of the world's most complete industrial system, and the advantage of a super large scale market, coordinate the domestic and international markets and resources, accelerate the construction of a new development pattern, and form a new global competitive advantage.
