Shenzhen, December 3 (Reporter He Linping) - The 2023 Shenzhen Hong Kong Youth Music Creation and Enjoyment Conference recently concluded at Shenzhen Qianhai Shenzhen Hong Kong Youth Dream Factory. This is an original music journey of cultural exchange and integration between Shenzhen and Hong Kong youth, attracting more than 20 Hong Kong youth original musicians to participate. Together with Shenzhen musicians, it presents a high-quality audio-visual feast for music fans. On the afternoon of December 1st, the Chuangxiang Festival began with a joint performance by Shenzhen Cantonese creator Liu Limin and Hong Kong young singer and songwriter He Yingwei. Four musicians from Hong Kong and Shenzhen shared their respective perspectives on the characteristics of music creation in Hong Kong and mainland China, as well as the commonalities and differences between the two markets. They encouraged young musicians in Hong Kong to feel life with heart and innovate boldly, especially to exchange and learn from more outstanding musicians in mainland China, broaden their creative space, and promote cultural integration between Hong Kong and mainland China, Develop a music style and work that is rich in personality and popular in the market. In the evening, the young original musicians from Shenzhen and Hong Kong who were present staged a warm and joyful Shenzhen Hong Kong Youth Music Original Concert, and shared the background and inspiration of the song with more than 200 live audience members. The performance lasted for nearly 2 hours and the atmosphere was lively.
