We often say that only by understanding the bottom line can we have a clear understanding; Mastering the truth is the key to dealing effectively. Leaders and cadres can only timely discover the problems needed for development, urgent preparations for war, and the aspirations of the grassroots by going deep into the grassroots level and observing, hearing, and questioning. A small number of leading cadres go to the grassroots, but often find it difficult to identify deep-seated problems. One important reason is that their work style is not solid and their research is superficial. It has been proven that only by jumping down and sinking to the front line, being down-to-earth and meticulous, listening to the truth and observing the actual situation, can leaders and cadres accurately identify and effectively solve the contradictions and problems in the development of military construction.
