On November 22nd, the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area Forum on High Quality Development of Human Resources Service Industry was held in Shenzhen, China. The following is a transcript of Huang Jingxi's speech: In 2018, I came to Hengqin to organize a joint law firm in the Greater Bay Area of Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao. In 2019, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the "Outline of the Development Plan for the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area", and I caught up with a good time for policy. In the overall development of the country, the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area holds an important strategic position. The Guangdong Hong Kong Macao joint venture mechanism has brought new opportunities to the economic development, talent flow, innovation and technology cooperation, and cultural education of the three regions, further realizing resource complementarity and sharing, promoting coordinated economic and social development, and enhancing regional competitiveness. In the four years of construction and development in the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area, whether it is hard connectivity or soft connectivity, the connection of rules has become increasingly perfect. More and more young people from Hong Kong and Macao are starting businesses and finding employment in the Greater Bay Area, striving to pursue their dreams and sharing the development opportunities of the Greater Bay Area. In the past, it was mostly entrepreneurs from Hong Kong and Macao who came to invest, while residents from Hong Kong and Macao came to travel. Now, talents from Hong Kong and Macao contribute their professional abilities, and a beautiful blueprint for livability, business, and tourism has been laid out in the Greater Bay Area. The breadth and depth of rules and regulations directly affect the high-quality development of the Greater Bay Area and the effectiveness of integrating Hong Kong and Macao into the overall development of the country. This is also an important part of attracting talents from Hong Kong, Macao, and overseas. Nowadays, not only lawyers, but also engineers, doctors, tour guides, social workers and other professionals from various industries come to work and live in the Greater Bay Area. The connection of rules is not only very grounded, but also very in-depth, allowing young professionals from Hong Kong and Macao to contribute to the high-quality development of the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area. I have been working and living in Hengqin for many years, and what I deeply feel is that the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area has provided a broad stage for innovation and entrepreneurship for young people in Hong Kong and Macao. There is a first-class university research platform here, new types of work brought by emerging industries, and supporting measures such as housing and medical care that provide a high-quality living environment. Here, young people's new ideas can be realized immediately, which is very attractive for young innovation and entrepreneurship talents from Hong Kong and Macao. I hope that young people from Hong Kong and Macao can integrate their personal ideals into the overall development of the country. On the basis of understanding, strengthen cooperation, establish like-minded mainland teams, fully leverage the advantages of "one country, two systems", and make innovation the first driving force for development.
