For a period of time, there has been a coexistence of "job hunting difficulties" and "recruitment difficulties" in many places, which also reveals the importance of matching supply and demand information in promoting the employment of college graduates. On the one hand, there are graduates from 2024 and previous universities who want to apply for jobs, and on the other hand, there are various employers with recruitment needs. By establishing communication channels to connect them and accurately matching supply and demand, the success rate of job recruitment can be effectively improved, achieving a "two-way flow" between positions and talents. For a period of time, emerging industries such as artificial intelligence, new energy, and high-end equipment have developed rapidly, and new formats such as internet marketers, all media operators, and online appointment delivery personnel have emerged one after another. The demand for talent is constantly increasing, providing more job opportunities. In the face of new demands from the labor market, it is also necessary to continuously strengthen the front-end and adjust the curriculum and practical internships of universities in a targeted manner. Make multiple efforts to jointly promote the continuous expansion of employment scale, optimization of employment structure, and gradual enhancement of employment stability, truly ensuring the quality and quantity of employment and reaching a higher level. From a larger perspective, the current national employment situation is generally stable.
