Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the "Guiding Opinions on Improving the Public Service System for Small and Medium sized Enterprises" (hereinafter referred to as the "Opinions"), proposing to basically build a "one-stop" public service platform for small and medium-sized enterprises that is horizontally connected, vertically connected, convenient to share, and widely accessible by 2025. By strengthening policy guidance, optimizing the business environment, and providing financial support, we continuously promote the healthy development of small and medium-sized enterprises. Improving the public service system for small and medium-sized enterprises is an effective measure to solve the development difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises through precise services. Under the current economic situation, the development of small and medium-sized enterprises is facing some challenges, and the public service system of small and medium-sized enterprises, as an important connecting point, plays a key role in relieving difficulties for enterprises and boosting the economy. The Opinion has responded positively to practical situations such as financing difficulties, talent shortages, and fierce market competition, such as organizing industry finance integration, helping small and medium-sized enterprises expand financing channels, reducing financing costs, organizing industry university research integration, strengthening talent introduction and training, promoting specialization transformation, and encouraging joint innovation. In the future, by building a national service network for small and medium-sized enterprises, it will be able to more directly assist enterprises in finding orders, reducing costs, cultivating talents, and solving difficult problems. Recently, governments at all levels in various regions have actively introduced relevant preferential policies for enterprises, providing loan guarantees, tax exemptions, talent training and other services to help enterprises overcome difficulties and maintain stable operations.
