The cultivation of morality is the foundation of military science and strategy. "Sun Tzu's Art of War, as a representative work of" military power and strategy, "is a palace of wisdom and a treasure trove of strategy. When we enter this palace and seek victory strategies, we should take moral cultivation as the foundation of military research and strategy. Sun Tzu's Art of War states in the "Plan Chapter" that "generals are wise, trustworthy, benevolent, brave, and strict. These five characters are the five standards for generals, also known as the five virtues of generals. (1) Wisdom is the source of strategy, and strategy is the use of wisdom. We often say that one is wise and resourceful. The wisdom spoken by Sun Tzu is different from the intelligence spoken today. People with high intelligence often become a little clever without mature cultivation. As a military commander, intelligence should have the following outstanding manifestations: first, foresight. Those military strategists in history who were skilled in warfare had superhuman foresight. Foresight is divided into strategic foresight and tactical foresight. Strategic foresight is about the overall and long-term foresight, "foreseeing the origin of survival, decline, misfortune, and fortune, knowing the beginning of prosperity, decline, and decline, and taking refuge in the unseen before things happen. Tactical foresight mainly refers to the foresight of the development prospects of specific events. "Seeing the situation and knowing the difference between success and failure, and investigating its ultimate goal, there is no failure or failure. In military operations, it refers to judging the enemy's situation, knowing the enemy and oneself, and planning for the enemy. Comrade Mao Zedong said in the report of the Seventh National Congress of the Communist Party of China: Sitting on the podium, if you can't see anything, you can't be called a leader. Sitting on the podium, seeing only a large number of common things that have already appeared on the horizon is ordinary and cannot be considered a leader. Only when a large number of obvious things have not yet appeared, when the top of the mast is just exposed, can you see that this is going to develop into a large number of common things and be able to grasp it, which is called a leader Leadership is guidance, and guidance must have foresight. Comrade Mao Zedong, in leading the Chinese revolution and construction, made every major decision with foresight beyond ordinary people, seeing hope in the most difficult times, dawn in the darkness, seeing the road clearly in confusion, and seeing new challenges in victory. Secondly, it is decision-making power. Decision making and foresight are related and can be divided into strategic and tactical decisions. The key to strategic decision-making is to assess the situation, have a correct understanding of the major trends of the times, history, and social development, and be able to formulate correct strategic strategies at critical moments. Tactical decision-making is the correct selection of tactical action plans for battles. Comrade Mao Zedong once said that the correct deployment of commanders comes from correct determination, correct determination comes from correct judgment, and correct judgment comes from thoughtful and necessary reconnaissance, as well as consideration of various reconnaissance materials. The third is innovation. Connected with foresight and decisiveness, another important connotation of intelligence is creativity, or innovation. People who are good at innovation are the first to constantly innovate their ideas. New concepts generate new ideas and ideas. However, outdated concepts are the shackles that constrain people's creativity and the biggest obstacle to new ideas. Improving innovation capability requires knowledge, but knowledge is not equal to ability. Only through arduous practice can knowledge be transformed into innovation. Military commanders should pay particular attention to refining in practice. There is no shortage of Zhao in history
