The main sugar in 100% pure fruit juice is also fructose, in addition to some glucose and sucrose. If it is not 100% pure fruit juice, the additional added sugar is basically the same as the above. In short, as long as we pour ourselves tons of happy water, it will make our liver receive a large amount of fructose in a short period of time. How does fructose affect blood uric acid levels? Similarly, glucose cannot induce uric acid production like fructose. The reason is that the fructose metabolism pathway is very, very "special", and its metabolic process is "unmanaged", unlike glucose metabolism, which is "limited by speed" (referred to as speed limit) by the human body. In the process of human evolution, in order to ensure that the body surviving in harsh environments in the wild does not quickly run out of "fuel" (energy supply substances), a unique energy protection mechanism has been formed, which limits the rate of glucose metabolism.
