Chen Maobo, Financial Secretary of the Hong Kong SAR Government, said that more than 150 countries and 30 international organizations have joined the "the Belt and Road" initiative, launched more than 3000 cooperation projects involving $1 trillion in investment, and created more than 420000 jobs. "Hong Kong hopes to cooperate with ASEAN and other countries along the the Belt and Road to make changes for the future." Chen Maobo said that Hong Kong has obvious advantages in capital markets, green finance, urban infrastructure and judicial system. Hong Kong is adjacent to sisters cities in the Greater Bay Area and has a complete financial, technological and industrial chain. Guo Tingting, Vice Minister of Commerce of China, said that the country will, as always, support Hong Kong's early accession to the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (RCEP) as a separate customs area, and implement policies and measures in the business field to support the construction of the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area, Constantly enhance Hong Kong's ability to participate in the construction of the "the Belt and Road". Zhao Guohua, chairman of Schneider Electric Group, said that Hong Kong is the super contact of the "the Belt and Road" initiative, connecting other Greater Bay Area cities, an important territory of the world's high-tech development, and the legal system is the same as most international regions, which is an ideal place for cooperation. Wang Haihuai, General Manager of China Communications Construction Group Co., Ltd., believes that Hong Kong is an international city in the Greater Bay Area, and "one country, two systems" is still its prominent advantage. The next step is to expand development in aspects such as RMB internationalization and dual carbon. If it can complement the advantages of other Greater Bay Area cities, it can jointly "make a big cake". The Middle East market has received much attention in recent years. The Secretary for Financial Affairs and the Treasury of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government, Xu Zhengyu, stated that the Middle East is a hub for talent and commerce, connecting Europe, Asia, and Africa. It is consistent with Hong Kong's role in connecting the world and hopes that both sides can strengthen the capacity of important hubs. Nguyen Chi Dung, Minister of Planning and Investment of Vietnam, mentioned that China is Vietnam's largest trading partner, and Vietnam China Unicom is the general trend of regional cooperation. The Vietnamese government and people attach great importance to the "the Belt and Road" initiative, and also recognize the important role of Hong Kong as a hub. H.E.
