The three provinces are unified as follows: unified issuance system, unified identity recognition, and unified file management. The province is also continuously improving the construction of a birth medical certificate information platform and promoting the self-service system for handling birth medical certificates. The public can complete the appointment, application, and other processes online. It is planned that by the end of this year, all provincial and municipal "Birth Medical Certificate" issuing institutions will achieve self-service issuance. Starting from August this year, Hebei Province plans to use a three-year period to input all the historical information of the "Birth Medical Certificate" manually issued by the province from 1996 to 2008 into the provincial platform information system, achieving digital management of historical manually issued certificates, and ensuring the full time and full cycle digital management and information sharing and sharing of subsequent case information.
