Entering the production command center of the National Energy Group's Xinshuo Railway (hereinafter referred to as the Xinshuo Railway), a large screen caught the reporter's eye. It displays real-time data on coal transportation plans, non coal transportation plans, line loading plans, and locomotive distribution at 27 stations along the three railways of Dazhun, Bazhun, and Zhunchi, as well as weather conditions in 12 districts, counties, and cities along the line. This is the "smart brain" of Xinshuo Railway - the data operation platform. As a comprehensive cockpit and intelligent hub for transportation command and dispatch, the data operation platform can perceive the "heartbeat" and "pulse" of the 631 kilometer Xinshuo Railway in real-time and fine detail. The development of railways cannot do without the empowerment of technology and the accumulation of innovation. In recent years, Xinshuo Railway has targeted the development blueprint of "one cloud, two networks, three platforms, and five major intelligences", vigorously promoting the deep integration of technological innovation and transportation production, accurately and efficiently organizing railway freight transportation, promoting digital management and control, intelligent transportation production, and intelligent safety management, injecting strong momentum into the high-quality development of enterprises. Liu Guiming, Director of the Statistics and Analysis Office of the Xinshuo Railway Dispatching Command Center, told reporters that the data operation platform uses the Xinshuo Railway Cloud Center as the data "base" and has scene based functions such as key information prompt and warning, dynamic monitoring of equipment operation abnormalities, visualization of key areas along the line, remote supervision of production plan situations, and online tracking of emergency response processes. It can provide decision-making reference for comprehensive scheduling and centralized control. On July 20th, the differential Beidou high-precision positioning system project on the Dazhun and Zhunchi lines completed the construction of 47 benchmark stations and system debugging work, marking the official opening of the differential Beidou high-precision positioning system on the Xinshuo Railway, which is another breakthrough in the construction of the Xinshuo Smart Railway. Li Xiang, a communication signal technology manager at the Science and Technology Application Center of the Xinshuo Railway, introduced that the differential Beidou high-precision positioning system of the Xinshuo Railway can achieve high-precision positioning of personnel, equipment, and locomotives along the railway. The positioning accuracy error is less than 25 centimeters, providing precise location services for natural disaster monitoring and disaster prevention and relief, locomotive and vehicle positioning and navigation, and cargo logistics management. The Xinshuo Railway has always attached great importance to the application and integration innovation of cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data, continuously accelerating the construction of new infrastructure such as 4G and 5G networks and Beidou differential positioning. It is committed to using big data to build an integrated railway safety prevention and control system of "civil defense, material defense, and technical defense", helping to improve the efficiency of safety management. In substations along the railway, intelligent inspection robots inspect the substation equipment and safeguard the safety of railway power supply 24 hours a day; On the railway line, the switch cleaning robot launched its first online experimental operation, achieving automatic up and down tracks, autonomous line switching, and automatically completing processes such as cleaning and spraying lubricating oil on the switch slide plate; In remote mountainous areas where the railway passes through, drone aerial photography can achieve real-time monitoring and data transmission, improve emergency response efficiency, and fill the gap in high-precision hidden danger identification in areas that are difficult to reach during hiking inspections in mountainous areas.
