On the afternoon of August 12th, Tsinghua University More than 20 teachers and students from Peking University and Communication University of China visited the 751D · PARK Beijing Fashion Design Plaza (hereinafter referred to as 751 Park) in Chaoyang District. During the event on that day, teachers and students from three universities walked into the 751 Park, which is hosting a theatrical carnival. They walked all the way from the iconic location of the park, the locomotive square, and occasionally entered the theater, design shops, and other spatial places, immersing themselves in the charm of the Beijing Modern Cultural Industry Park. Various industrial relics with the imprint of the times, train carriages that have been preserved in their original form and need to be renovated, sculptures filled with a sense of design can be seen everywhere, as well as various distinctive theaters and restaurants... Walking in the 751 Park, a strong artistic atmosphere fills one's face. Zhou Chuyu, a second year graduate student in the Department of Urban Planning at Tsinghua University School of Architecture, told Beijing Youth Daily: I used to think that cultural and creative parks were similar, but what impressed me this time was that 751 Park chose to operate in the form of dramas, and the combination of dramas and venues was also unique. Our professional studies usually focus on spatial design, and this visit has given me more thinking about the relationship between spatial design and subsequent operations in the park After proposing multiple suggestions for the operation and development of the park, university teachers and students also sat down with the person in charge of the 751 park to discuss the pain points and difficulties in the transformation, development, and management of the park. What kind of cultural industry park does Beijing need and how can the park develop in the future to be more sustainable? These are issues of concern to both parties. After listening to the person in charge introducing the "past and present" of 751 Park, Sun Kaiwen, a student majoring in broadcasting and hosting at Communication University of China, stated that in the process of developing from a factory complex to a new cultural landmark in Beijing, the most crucial thing is to perfectly integrate the artistic atmosphere and post industry. About 200 college students have become "park experience officers". It is understood that in 2023
