The China Consumers Association reminds parents and underage consumers to be fully aware of the risks and contraindications of medical beauty projects. Without the consent of the guardian, medical beauty projects shall not be implemented for individuals without or with limited capacity. When seeking medical treatment, underage consumers should truthfully report their age and follow the professional evaluation and reasonable suggestions provided by the attending physician from the perspective of physical health and normal development. If encountering issues of damage to rights and interests, timely retention of consumption vouchers can be resolved through consultation with medical beauty operators, or complaints can be filed with consumer associations or relevant administrative departments to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests in accordance with the law.
