At a time when many developing countries are facing a development headwind, China's high-quality development is more important than ever before. Currently, high-quality development has become a key word for understanding China. China adheres to the new development concept of innovation, coordination, green, openness and sharing, and makes every effort to promote the construction of a Dual circulation with the domestic big cycle as the main body and the domestic and international double cycles promoting each other. At a time when many developing countries are facing a development headwind, China's high-quality development is more important than ever before. China, which adheres to high-quality development, will continue to be the biggest driving force for global economic growth. I am particularly impressed by the achievements of China's green development. While protecting the ecological environment, China has promoted high-quality economic development and embarked on a green, low-carbon and sustainable development path. At present, China is leading the world in renewable energy such as solar and wind energy, as well as green transportation. The production and sales of new energy vehicles have been ranked first in the world for 8 consecutive years. China's green development not only benefits the Chinese people, but also benefits the world, providing valuable experience and numerous cooperation opportunities for countries including developing countries, and making important contributions to global sustainable development. China continuously contributes wisdom to improving global governance and promoting global development. China advocates promoting the common values of peace, development, fairness, justice, democracy and freedom for all mankind, and promotes all parties to jointly build a Community of Common Destiny. Undoubtedly, the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind reflects the essence of Chinese traditional culture to a large extent. China adheres to true multilateralism and is committed to developing democracy and safeguarding human rights. The global development initiative, global security initiative, and global civilization initiative proposed by China, based on the spirit of mutual respect and mutually beneficial cooperation, are of great significance for maintaining world peace, promoting global development, and promoting cultural exchange and mutual learning. They also help developing countries strengthen unity and cooperation, and jointly uphold international fairness and justice. The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed that from now on, the central task of the CPC is to unite and lead the people of all ethnic groups in the country to comprehensively build a strong socialist modernization country, achieve the second century goal, and comprehensively promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinese path to modernization. In the process of achieving this goal, China will make every effort to overcome various difficulties and challenges on the way forward. Chinese path to modernization is conducive to improving people's well-being, promoting civilization and progress, promoting harmonious coexistence between man and nature, and achieving peaceful development.
