It will realize the universal connection of people, machines and things and become a bridge between the physical world and the virtual world. Therefore, compared to 5G, 6G will face computational challenges such as larger scale business optimization, larger scale network optimization, larger scale signal processing, and machine learning large model training. Classical computing and algorithms face enormous pressure. Strong computing power is the biggest feature of Quantum computer. Currently, global quantum computing is steadily developing and has been pilot applied in some industries with high computing power demand. We want to try to evaluate and validate the feasibility of quantum computing in communication networks, especially in 6G, by starting with small-scale problems in some typical scenarios, "said Cui Chunfeng.
