A complete set of two stamps costs MOP 6.5, MOP 12.5 with the first day cover, and MOP 13.5 with the information sheet. The circulation is 200000 stamps each, 2500 first day covers, and 2000 information sheets. According to reports, the design of this set of stamps was designed by Li Yonghan, and the text of the information sheet was written by the Legal Affairs Bureau of the Macao SAR Government. It is reported that this set of stamps is the third theme issued by the Macao Post and Telecommunications Bureau in 2023.
