Since then, Deqing Yuzhen and her team have contacted the youth groups involved in crimes and in custody, operated the youth activity center in Duelung Deqing District, gradually entered the grass-roots community, expanded the business to the field of data analysis, and established the Tibet Xingguang Social Work Service Center.
