To comprehensively promote the revitalization of rural areas, we should fully hold the bottom line of national food security. Only by solving the problems of who will grow grain and how farmers can earn money can food production be guaranteed. How can I earn money by growing grain? Our research believes that comparative benefit is the driving force of grain enthusiasm, price expectation is the traction force of grain enthusiasm, import squeeze is the risk source of grain enthusiasm, science and technology financial marketing is the jack of grain enthusiasm, and protection policy is the safety net of grain enthusiasm. In terms of policy creation, we should ensure that farmers will not suffer losses economically, have honor politically and be respected socially. Highlight the decisive role of the market, improve the release mechanism of agricultural product market information, enable farmers to understand "what is right in spring, what is expensive in autumn, and what is the most affordable means of production", and make business decisions more transparent, arrange production based, and market prices predictable. We should strengthen the efficiency of policy tools, so that farmers can obtain stable income increase expectations from grain prices, stable security from subsidies, and substantial investment expectations from the cost of agricultural materials.
