Three-step "Climbing to the sky" China's manned space program is based on self-reliance and self-reliance

On February 24, "Chasing the Dream and Asking the Sky", the 30-year achievement exhibition of China's manned space project, was officially launched in the National Museum, which comprehensively and systematically displayed the development process and construction achievements of China's manned space project to the public. On September 21, 1992, China's manned space project was officially approved for implementation; From blueprint drawing to striving to realize the dream, generations of Chinese astronauts have spent 30 years to complete the strategic task of "three steps", and built the "Tiangong" space station, which was built and operated independently, adding a milestone in the history of building a powerful aerospace country and climbing the scientific and technological peak. Where does the confidence of "climbing to the sky" come from? Firmly taking the road of self-reliance and self-reliance is the "winning code" of China Aerospace without fear of blockade and suppression. In the early 1990s, in order to seize the strategic commanding point, the major aerospace powers in the world competed to develop manned space. At that time, the United States and Russia and other 16 countries planned to jointly build the International Space Station, but did not include China in it. In 1992, China's manned space project was officially approved and implemented, and China was determined to build its own space station independently. This is a race on different starting lines. On the one hand, the United States and Russia have joined forces. A total of 9 space stations have been launched, hundreds of astronauts have been sent into space, and the moon landing has been achieved; In China, the space station, manned spacecraft, manned rocket and so on are still on the drawing, and everything must start from scratch. Wang Yongzhi, the first chief designer of China's manned space program and an academician of the CAE Member, famously said, "Follow others and go through all the procedures, so that we will always fall behind." Today's catchphrase is: "Copying homework will never win the first place." At the beginning, China's manned space program formulated a "three-step" strategy: the first step is to launch a manned spacecraft, The preliminary supporting pilot manned spacecraft project will be completed to carry out space application experiments; The second step is to break through the technology of astronauts' extravehicular activities, the rendezvous and docking technology of space vehicles, launch the space laboratory, and solve the space application problems with a certain scale and short-term care; The third step is to build a space station to solve the problem of large-scale and long-term manned space applications. From 1992 to 2002, China completed four unmanned flight missions from Shenzhou 1 to Shenzhou 4 in 10 years, comprehensively verified the functional performance of various systems and the coordination and matching of interfaces between systems, improved the research and development test organization and command system and related infrastructure construction, and laid a solid foundation for the implementation of the first manned flight mission. From 2003 to 2012, China has successively carried out four manned flights of Shenzhou V, VI, VII and IX, as well as the rendezvous and docking missions of Shenzhou 8 and Tiangong 1. It has successively made breakthroughs in mastering key technologies such as space shuttle, space exit, rendezvous and docking, and leaped over the development process of nearly half a century in developed countries. After the successful implementation of the Shenzhou 10 mission in 2013, China intensively implemented the Long March 7, Tiangong 2, Shenzhou 11
