In recent years, the Chinese government has launched a package of policies at various levels to actively encourage people to choose to consume new energy vehicles. According to the latest statistics released by the Ministry of Public Security in January this year, the number of new energy vehicles in China reached 13.1 million, accounting for 4.10% of the total number of vehicles, with a year-on-year increase of 67.13%, showing a rapid growth trend. Among them, the total number of pure electric vehicles is 10.45 million, accounting for 79.78% of the total number of new energy vehicles. In the future, new energy vehicles will gradually replace fuel vehicles and become the mainstream choice of people's car travel. In recent years, in the social news related to the consumption of new energy vehicles, the problem of the significant reduction in the range of vehicles in winter caused by the characteristics of lithium-ion power batteries continues to attract attention. China has a vast territory, and the temperature in autumn and winter is below 0 ℃. At the moment when there are more and more new energy vehicles, winter endurance anxiety will be an important factor affecting the popularization of new energy vehicles. Whether the charging piles are fully equipped is another important factor affecting the popularity of new energy vehicles. Fuel vehicles need to be refueled, and new energy vehicles need to be recharged. The refueling process of fuel vehicles only takes a few minutes, while the charging process of new energy vehicles takes several hours. With the gradual popularization of new energy vehicles, charging piles should be included in the urban infrastructure construction to ensure that the number of charging piles matches the number of new energy vehicles in the city, and to achieve the universal charging socket and fast charging protocol. The reality is that it is difficult for charging piles to enter the community, and there are contradictions in peak demand for charging piles in public areas.
