Promoting the green development of agriculture is not only an economic change related to the adjustment of agricultural structure and production mode, but also a green revolution of behavior mode and consumption mode. At the same time, we should also see that the problems of unbalanced and insufficient agricultural green development in China are still outstanding, and the problems such as the shortage of agricultural resources, agricultural non-point source pollution, agricultural ecosystem degradation, and the insufficient supply of green high-quality agricultural products and ecological products need to be solved. Promoting the green development of agriculture in an all-round way is the essence of realizing agricultural modernization. We should firmly establish and implement the concept that green waters and mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains, accelerate the green transformation of development mode, improve the market-oriented allocation system of resources and environmental factors, promote the formation of green and low-carbon production mode, develop green and low-carbon industries, increase the supply of green and high-quality agricultural products, and realize the coordination and unity of supply, income and ecology. To improve the agricultural green production system and realize the agricultural green development, we should promote the green production mode, optimize the allocation of agricultural factors, improve the green total factor productivity, strengthen the scientific and technological support for the agricultural green development, improve the relevant support policies, and guide the green development throughout the entire process of agricultural development. First, establish and improve the standard system of green agriculture. We will optimize the allocation of agricultural production factors, strengthen the research and development and promotion of green production technologies, and focus on fertilizer control and drug control, crop breeding, and environmental restoration of production areas, and carry out research on agricultural green production technologies. Promote universities, scientific research institutes and enterprises to jointly form agricultural science and technology innovation alliances, and strengthen the integrated research, application and promotion of agricultural input reduction, production cleaning, waste recycling and other production technologies. Accelerate the development and application of green agricultural machinery and equipment, and improve the level of agricultural mechanization. Third, implement support policies for green agricultural production. Adhere to the principle of farmers as the main body, market leading and government supervision according to law. We should not only clarify the main responsibilities of producers and operators, but also mobilize the enthusiasm of farmers to participate in green development through market guidance and government support. Improve the protection policies for organic agricultural land and green agricultural land, and promote the paid use of resources. We will improve the agricultural subsidy policy system to promote the rational use of agricultural resources and the protection of the ecological environment, effectively use the green financial incentive mechanism, and better support the green development of agriculture. To optimize the spatial distribution of agriculture and realize the green development of agriculture, it is necessary to standardize the spatial order of agricultural development, build the value chain of agricultural green development industry chain, enhance the comprehensive value of agriculture, give full play to the advantages of ecological resources, and promote the spatial optimization of rural industries
