The reporter learned from Anhui Quantum Computing Engineering Research Center recently that the first MLLAS-100 laser annealing instrument dedicated to the production of quantum chips in China has been successfully developed, which can solve the process instability factors when the number of quantum chips increases, accurately remove the "flaws" in quantum chips like a "scalpel", enhance the performance of quantum chips when they expand to multiple bits, and further improve the yield of quantum chips. It is understood that the laser annealing instrument is completely independently developed by Hefei Benyuan Quantum Computing Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Benyuan Quantum"), which can achieve ultra-high positioning accuracy of 100 nanometers. It can perform local laser annealing on a single quantum bit in a quantum chip, so as to directionally control the frequency parameters of modified quantum bits, solve the problem of bit frequency congestion in multi bit expansion, and help the quantum chip expand to multiple bits. "In the production process of quantum chips, we will find out the advantages and disadvantages of quantum chips through the 'hot eye' of quantum chips - the non-destructive probe instrument. For the 'bad' and 'defective' products, we will use the laser annealing instrument to deal with their existing problems, just like a doctor's skill. This' scalpel 'can' suit the remedy to the case ', improve the' bad 'parts, and thus improve the quality of quantum chips." Jia Zhilong, deputy director of Anhui Quantum Computing Engineering Research Center, said that the previously released quantum chip non-destructive probe and the laser annealing device for quantum chips are both quantum chip industrial machines. At the same time, the device can also be used in semiconductor integrated circuit chips, local surface modification of materials and other fields, and has been put into use in the first domestic quantum chip production line. It is reported that Benyuan Quantum is the first quantum computing company in China. It owns the first domestic engineering superconducting quantum computer, and has been committed to the research and development of quantum computing chips for superconducting and silicon based semiconductor production line processes.
