It is understood that the laser annealing instrument is completely independently developed by Hefei Benyuan Quantum Computing Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Benyuan Quantum"), which can achieve ultra-high positioning accuracy of 100 nanometers. It can perform local laser annealing on a single quantum bit in a quantum chip, so as to directionally control the frequency parameters of modified quantum bits, solve the problem of bit frequency congestion in multi bit expansion, and help the quantum chip expand to multiple bits. "In the production process of quantum chips, we will find out the advantages and disadvantages of quantum chips through the 'hot eye' of quantum chips - the non-destructive probe instrument.
