In September, the Department of Basic Education of the Ministry of Education issued the Notice on Printing and Distributing the After class Service System Data Docking Standards of the National Primary and Secondary School Management Service Platform (Trial), requiring local self built platforms to follow the standards and do a good job of data docking and reporting. The Education Management Information Center of the Ministry of Education recently tested the Cloud Thinking after-school service platform system "Cloud Thinking after-school service platform V2.2.0" adopted by Hunchun City, Jilin Province, including data review, functional compliance, data specification and integrity, data transmission security, etc. The test results show that Yunsi after-school service platform meets the requirements of the docking standard, has the ability to achieve data docking with the national unified platform, and can effectively support the school to carry out after-school services. In addition, the test report for this system is universal, and the system of the same version can directly start the data docking work, without repeated testing. It is reported that Hunchun City, Jilin Province, introduced the cloud intelligence after-school service platform in August this year, established a "curriculum supermarket" for after-school services, and helped schools to open the "moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic and labor" five education literacy courses by grade and level. At the same time, through the Cloud Intelligence after-school service management platform, we have greatly improved our after-school service management capabilities. Relying on artificial intelligence, big data and other technologies, we have achieved the full scene information management of course management, course implementation, attendance inspection, evaluation and supervision, and effectively improved the scientific and standardized management level of after-school services. From the perspective of policy requirements, the after-school service module of the national management service platform for primary and secondary schools (hereinafter referred to as the national platform), as the data hub, connects with the regional self built after-school service platform in terms of data, and carries out the comprehensive management of the implementation of the after-school services in various regions based on data informatization. The region can independently build an after-school service platform according to the actual needs, but it should comply with the national platform data docking standards, complete the docking in a timely manner, and effectively report the data. The data docking standards of national platforms can guide the construction specifications of regional self built platforms; The regional self built platform can provide teachers and students with more abundant characteristic courses and personalized services, meet the needs of managers, provide management and decision-making tips, and improve the management level.
